Kangna Ranaut is a bollywood actress who made her debut with 'Gangster' in 2006. She born in a small town called Bhambla in Himachal Pradesh. Her mother, Asha is a teacher and father, Amardeep is a businessman. Her elder sister, Rangoli and a younger brother Akshit, includes in her siblings. She did her schooling from DAV School, Chandigarh from Science stream and after that she moved to Delhi to attain her dreams to become a model. Kangna acted in yet another project of Anurag Basu named 'Life...In A Metro'. Her performance in the film earned her rave reviews. She also starred in film 'Shakalaka Boom Boom'(2007). Her next film, 'Fashion', starring Priyanka Chopra and Mugdha Godse was released in 2008. The film, portraying the side of the fashion world, was a critical success and Ranaut's portrayal of a supermodel who loses everything on drug abuse gained her widespread praise, fetching her various awards. Her latest movie, 'Raaz-The Mystery Continue' with Emraan Hashmi, was a commercial hit and was declared first reasonable hit of 2009.
