Full Synopsis:

Kartik calling Kartik is a story of a shy and introvert lover, who's life undergoes sea change with the help of a person who claims to be Kartik. The film has romance and a certain kind of mystery, making the plot of the film more interesting. The film is touted being as the romance that has never been treated before in the way which this film portrays. Farhan who has dabbled in direction, production, singing, acting phew! , the man has great talent, He has been successful in whatever he did and with Karthik calling Karthik, he will be again seen in front of the camera wooing Deepika in this psychological thriller. It is interesting to note that Farhan has always shown his preference for new talent and this sentiment is clearly visible as he chose to work with new directors in film like Abhishek Kapoor in Rock On or her sis Zoya in Luck By Chance, This time too, he has put the reins of the film in the hands of a newcomer Vijay Lalwani, who has directed this romantic thriller.
