You shall be bound by the following terms and conditions in addition to the Website Terms and Conditions at info@koffii.com The Koffii Beenz Redemption Program will continue to be effective until such date as may be determined by Koffii Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter “Company”) at its sole discretion. The Company reserves the sole right to exclude or add any products offered for redemption against the points, on the company's website, www.Koffii.com (hereinafter “Website”)

DEFINITIONS

Activity means an activity undertaken by members which earns them Koffii Beenz of certain value as shown below.

Content includes all website content, product information, product images, pricing, blogs, reviews, posts and/or any submissions by you on the Website.

Intellectual Property Rights means all intellectual property rights, including all trademarks, logos, copyrights, designs, presentations, etc., belonging to the company or belonging to company's Partners/Associates.

Koffii Beenz means a non-monetary point system being offered to a registered user of the website for the activities undertaken by him/her at the website which lets the user earn the Koffii Beenz which he/she can redeem as per these terms and conditions.

Moderator means an authorised representative of the company, who will decide upon the quality of user submitted content for the purpose of uploading the content on the Website. The moderator will verify the content, quality and other activities undertaken by the user at the website before allocating Koffii Beenz to the user.

Redemption Catalogue means a catalogue featuring products available as gifts to be redeemed through Koffii Beenz at the website, www.Koffii.com

Referral means an activity where a registered user of the Website, recommends another user to join the website, and as a consequence, the recommended user registers at the Website.

Member means a registered user of the website.

EARNING KOFFII Beenz
Company brings to its members a Koffii Beenz Redemption Program which lets them earn Koffii Beenz for registering themselves at the website, for writing game reviews, for writing blogs, and for many other activities as detailed below and redeem these Beenz against gifts.

The Koffii Beenz that a member may earn against an activity can change at any time at the sole discretion of the Company. Members are advised to periodically review these terms for the updated information

The member must be logged in to his account by using his user-name and password to be eligible to earn Koffii Beenz, on below mentioned activities;.

Joining Bonus
On signing up with the website, a member will earn 500 Koffii Beenz. For this activity, the Koffii Beenz will be credited only once to a member's account.

Newsletter Bonus
On subscription to our newsletter a member will earn 250 Koffii Beenz. For this activity, the Koffii Beenz will be credited only once to a member's account.

Koffii Beenz will be credited to the member's account upon subscription of Koffii Newsletter, however, the moderator reserves the right to debit/ cancel the said credited Koffii Beenz from the member's account if a member subsequently un-subscribes the newsletter. The Moderator's decision in this regard will be final & binding upon the member.

Confirmation of Email
On confirmation by member of the Email link sent to a member's email ID, a member will earn 100 Koffii Beenz. For this activity, the Koffii Beenz will be credited only once to a member's account.

Profile Completion
For completing the member’s profile on the website a member will earn 100 Koffii Beenz. A profile will be considered complete if more than 50% of the fields in the profile section have been filled in by the member. For this activity, the Koffii Beenz will be credited only once to the member's account.

Uploading Profile Photo
On uploading a Profile Photo in the member's profile section on the Website, a member will earn 50 Koffii Beenz. For this activity, the Koffii Beenz will be credited only once to the member's account. The member is not allowed to upload any photo which is obscene, indecent and/or barred under any law or violates intellectual property rights of any third person/party. The moderator reserves the right to debit/ cancel the credited Koffii Beenz from the member's account, if the uploaded photo is found to be obscene, indecent and/or barred under any law or the member is not the owner of that photo or doesn't have the permission/license from the copyright owner of the photo. The credited Koffii Beenz will be debited from the member’s account once he removes the photo from his profile.

Referral Registration
For every member referral who subsequently becomes a registered user of the website, the member will earn 100 Koffii Beenz. A member can refer any number of individuals. The Koffii Beenz will be credited into the member's account as and when the referral registers with the website. In the event of an individual receiving more than one invitation from the registered users, the person whose invitation was accepted first by the individual will get the Referral Points.

Game Upload
A member will earn 50 Koffii Beenz for uploading a game, subject to a maximum of 5 games per day. Any subsequent uploading of a game in a day by the member will not earn him/her any Koffii Beenz .

Koffii Beenz will be credited to the member's account upon the uploading of the game, however, the moderator reserves the right to debit/ cancel the credited Koffii Beenz from the member's account if the Game uploaded is inappropriate, or violates any third party's intellectual property rights. The Moderator's decision in this regard will be final & binding upon the member.

Playing Uploaded Games
A member will earn 5 Koffii Beenz for playing a game subject to a maximum of 10 games played in a day, provided that no two games played were same. Member will also be required to play upto a certain level of a game as indicated on the site to be eligible for the Koffii Beenz,

however, the moderator reserves the right to debit/ cancel the credited Koffii Beenz from the member's account if the member use cheat codes or use improper means to show that they have played the required minimum number of games or have played up to the minimum level of a Game. The Moderator's decision in this regard will be final & binding upon the member.

Writing Comment on games
For every comment posted on a game by a member on the website, the member will earn 5 Koffii Beenz per comment subject to a maximum of 5 comments per day. To be eligible to earn Koffii Beenz for writing comments it is essential that no two comments should be for the same game. The Koffii Beenz will be credited to the member's account upon submission of the comment, however, the moderator reserves the right to debit/ cancel the credited Koffii Beenz from the member's account, if the uploaded comment is inappropriate, irrelevant or is not approved by the Moderator for any reason whatsoever. The moderator's decision in this regard shall be final & binding upon the member.

Video Upload
A member will earn 5 Koffii Beenz for uploading a video, subject to a maximum of 5 video uploads per day. Any subsequent uploading of a video in a day by the member will not earn him/her any Koffii Beenz.

Koffii Beenz will be credited to the member's account upon video uploading, however, the moderator reserves the right to remove the video and/or debit/ cancel the credited Koffii Beenz from the member's account if the video uploaded is objectionable, inappropriate or violates any third party's intellectual property rights. The Moderator's decision in this regard will be final & binding upon the member.

View Videos
A member will earn 1 Koffii Beenz for viewing a video subject to a maximum of 10 videos viewed in a day, provided also that no two videos viewed were same.

Koffii Beenz will be credited to the member's account upon viewing the video, however, the moderator reserves the right to debit/ cancel the credited Koffii Beenz Points from the member's account if the member uses improper means to show that they have viewed the required number of videos. The Moderator's decision in this regard will be final & binding upon the member.

Writing Comment on Videos
For every comment posted on a video by a member on the website, the member will earn 5 Koffii Beenz per comment subject to a maximum of 5 comments per day. To be eligible to earn Beenz for writing comments on videos, no two comments should be for the same video. The Koffii Beenz will be credited to the member's account upon submission of the comment, however, the moderator reserves the right to debit/ cancel the credited Koffii Beenz from the member's account, if the uploaded comment is inappropriate, irrelevant or is not approved by the Moderator for any reason whatsoever. The moderator's decision in this regard shall be final & binding upon the member.

Creating a Blog
A member can create any number of blogs on the website but will earn Koffii Beenz only on the creation of his/her first five blogs per day. For the first five blogs, the member will earn 5 Koffii Beenz per blog. Subsequent blog creations will not enable the member to earn any Koffii Beenz.

Koffii Beenz will be credited to the member's account upon creation of the blog, however, the moderator reserves the right to debit/ cancel the credited Koffii Beenz from the member's account if the Blog created is inappropriate, irrelevant or is not approved by the moderator for any reason whatsoever. The Moderator's decision in this regard will be final & binding upon the member.

Posts in one's Blog
Each time content is posted in the member's blog, the member will earn 2 Koffii Beenz subject to a maximum of 5 approved blog posts in a day. Koffii Beenz will be credited to the member's account upon uploading the post, however, the moderator reserves the right to debit/ cancel the credited Koffii Beenz from the member's account if the blog post is not approved by the moderator for any reason whatsoever. The Moderator's decision in this regard will be final and binding upon the member.

Picture Upload
A member will earn 5 Koffii Beenz for uploading a Picture, subject to a maximum of 5 Picture uploads per day. Any subsequent uploading of a Picture in a day by the member will not earn him/her any points.

Koffii Beenz will be credited to the member's account upon Picture uploading, however, the moderator reserves the right to debit/ cancel the credited Koffii Beenz from the member's account if the Picture uploaded is inappropriate, or violates any third party's intellectual property rights. The Moderator's decision in this regard will be final & binding upon the member.


View Pictures
A member will earn 1 Koffii bean for viewing a Picture subject to a maximum of ten Pictures viewed in a day, provided that no two Pictures viewed were same.

Koffii Beenz will be credited to the member's account upon viewing the Picture, however, the moderator reserves the right to debit/ cancel the credited Koffii Beenz from the member's account if the member uses improper means to show that they have viewed a certain number of Pictures. The Moderator's decision in this regard will be final & binding upon the member.

Writing Comment on Pictures
For every comment posted on a Picture by a member on the website, the member will earn 2 Koffii Beenz per comment subject to a maximum of 5 comments per day. To be eligible to earn Beenz no two comments should be for the same Picture. The Koffii Beenz will be credited to the member's account upon submission of the comment, however, the moderator reserves the right to debit/ cancel the credited Koffii Beenz from the member's account, if the uploaded comment is inappropriate, irrelevant in or is not approved by the Moderator for any reason whatsoever. The moderator's decision in this regard shall be final & binding upon the member.

Logging in every day
For logging into their account on the website a member will earn 20 Koffii Beenz subject to a maximum of 1 logging per day. The Koffii Beenz will be credited to member's account once they log into their account.

Send a Sticky note (Scrap)
For every Sticky note (Scrap) sent to another registered user at Koffii website, the member will earn 2 Koffii Beenz per Sticky note (Scrap) subject to a maximum of 5 Sticky notes (Scraps) per day. The Koffii Beenz will be credited to the member's account upon submission of the Sticky note (Scrap), however, the moderator reserves the right to debit/ cancel the credited Koffii Beenz from the member's account, if the uploaded Sticky note (Scrap) is inappropriate, irrelevant or is not approved by the Moderator for any reason whatsoever. The moderator's decision in this regard shall be final & binding upon the member.

REDEEMING KOFFII BEENZ

1. Koffii Beenz can be redeemed only for the products listed in the redemption catalogue shown on the Website only. Koffii Beenz cannot be used or redeemed on any other merchant's website.
2. These products are available against a required number of Koffii Beenz. Once Koffii Beenz are redeemed against a particular product, the member's account will show the balance Koffii Beenz, if any to his credit.
3. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after a member has successfully submitted a redemption request, the company may offer to the member at its sole discretion, any product of similar or higher value.
4. A member must redeem the Koffii Beenz earned within 12 months of date of earning the Beenz;
5. The Koffii Beenz earned by you is personal to your account and cannot be transferred or negotiated. In case your account is suspended or terminated for any reason, the Koffii Beenz outstanding in your account will be forfeited;
6. The Koffii Beenz have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash payment in any event.
7. The Company reserves the right to refuse the member’s redemption request in full or in part if it finds any discrepancy in the number of Koffii Beenz in member's account due to any technical error or due to any other error.
8. Koffii Beenz redemption program is subject to local or national laws, if any. Any Tax liability or other charges payable to Government of India arising due to participation of user in Koffii Beenz Redemption program shall be the sole responsibility of the user.

INDEMNITY
The members agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the Company, its directors, employees and partners from all claims, damages that the company may suffer due to the member's acts and/or omissions in relation to Koffii Beenz Redemption Program and in relation to breach of any clause of these terms by a member, whether or not such breach by the member is intentional.

Disclaimer of Liability
THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY IN RELATION TO KOFFII BEENZ REDEMPTION PROGRAM, ITS FUNCTIONALITY, THE MEMBER'S USAGE, CREDITING, DEBITING OR REDEMPTION OF KOFFII BEENZ BY KOFFII, CONTINUATION OF KOFFII BEENZ REDEMPTION PROGRAM, QUALITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY OF PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR REDEMPTION.

Termination of Koffii Beenz Redemption Program
The company in its sole discretion may discontinue the Koffii Beenz Redemption Program at any time due to any reason whatsoever. In such an event, any Koffii Beenz in a member's account will be forfeited and no redemption or compensation shall be provided.
