A lawsuit that was filed over the photo agency Splash News has been settled. A never-aired video of Heath Ledger was shot by the photo agency Splash News and few other men in Jane Doe (name changed) hotel room at Château Marmont in 2006. Jane has sued the above persons for that illegal act. The video allegedly featured Ledger doing cocaine, but nowhere in the video has Ledge been seen doing so. Doe sued the persons as it was shot without her consent. The video was sold to “Entertainment Tonight” and although they promoted it, but they never aired it.
