John Abraham and Deepika Padukone were seen gelling up with each other very nicely on the sets of Desiboyz London hoot. Though its their first movie together, both of them spent a good time together in getting to know each other and becoming friends. The whole of the unit was very much surprised to see the actors cracking jokes on the sets, hanging out together and going out for coffee. Deepika who has been through a break up in the past also sympathized with John when he had a long discussion about his break up with Bipasha Basu. According to a source, "John and Deepika have become really good friends. They are close to the extent that he even talked about his break up and the low phase in his life with her. Even though the London schedule is over, they are still in touch and are looking forward to working together again. Deepika not only lent him an ear, but also understood his situation and his need to keep it private." John also got some tips from Deepika on how to cope up with the break up and put an end to it. "She has emerged as a stronger person after her split with Ranbir and she could feel his pain. They both bonded on topics of relationship and heart break."
